Description
We are a family farm located in Bucyrus, Kansas, dedicated to raising clean and quality, Beef, Pork, Chicken and Chicken Eggs. We are a licensed wholesaler and inspected farm with the Kansas Department of Agriculture, registration #2174. Our beef comes from our Beef Balancer cattle that are raised on pasture until approximately 18 months of age, where we then finish them between 90-120 days on local grain. All of our meat is processed within an hour from our farm at USDA inspected facilities, where they are processed (beef is aged for 14-21 days) and immediately frozen to maintain the freshness that we stive so greatly for. We have a fold of AHCA Scottish Highlands with truly impressive lineage, a herd of Beef Balancer cattle, Nigerian Dwarf Goats along with Berkshire, Duroc and Hereford feeder pigs. Our free range chicken eggs are laid and gathered on our farm daily.
