Description
We are Garrett and Ashley Jacobson, second generation ranchers, from Salina, KS. Our ranch consists mostly of red angus cow/calf.
Our cows calve early spring; and we will have one steer for butcher each year, until higher demand. This year, 2026, we have 1 quarter, half, or 3/4th selection available.
Your beef purchase is paid directly to us, while a processing fee is paid directly to the designated butcher. All of our beef comes directly from our ranch. We strive to maintain a happy and healthy herd that is well nourished on fresh green grass in the warm seasons and native prairie grass hay in the cold months. Our ranch swaths, rakes, and bales its own hay, so we know exactly what we are feeding our animals and where it comes from.
