Melinda Jones of Jones Cattle Premium Beef loves the stories she hears from customers.
“One customer prepared our beef for his big Irish family gathering,” Melinda says. “He said you normally can’t get a word in edgewise but once they started eating the beef, you could hear a pin drop.”
We're crowdsourcing the creation of a logo that will represent our newest Harvest Hub, Sedgwick County Harvest Hub.
The Hub will be a sustainable, practical and physical regional food system that includes all three components of a food system: production, processing and distribution.
