Description
We are first generation farmers. My husband Charlie and I & our two girls moved to western Kansas in the fall of 2023 and have been raising meat direct to consumer since 2018. We sell everything by the cut, but also offer shares a few times a year. We ship everything directly to consumers, on dry ice or deliver it locally to your door. All of our beef is a 21 day dry age, and is USDA Inspected. We believe in delivering an exceptional quality product every time. Genetics matter to us, and so does our feed. All of our beef is pasture raised and grain finished. We believe it finishing our beef a little longer than the others, for a better, well marbled finish. Our beef may take a little longer to grow, but quality matters to our family. We strive for consistency in our product, from size to marbling.
