Description
We proudly offer locally raised Dorper lamb, USDA-inspected and processed at our local butcher shop. Individual cuts are available, including ground lamb, chops, and half legs, along with lamb Italian sausage and lamb sticks. Whole lambs are also available for those interested. We take great pride in how we raise our sheep and lambs, keeping thoughtful pasture management top of mind. As conservationists, we use rotational grazing to produce exceptional lamb while protecting habitat for wildlife and pollinators. By practicing accelerated lambing while maintaining our ewes in top condition, we work hard to run a healthy, sustainable operation.
