We produce a premium white popcorn with a thin hull and sweet flavor. Our popcorn does not need salt and butter it can be enjoyed plain and is a health snack and great for an at home movie night. We grow, process, clean, color sort and package grains on our farm. This popcorn was sustainably grown with limited inputs. Our popcorn is non-GMO, high in fiber, whole grain and all natural. Our combines and all of our processing equipment only process non-gluten grains.
We also grow, process and package Teff. Teff is considered an ancient grain and can be ground into flour and used as a gluten free substitute for wheat flour. Teff is a source of Lysine a rare amino acid, vitamin C, iron, and contains protein that is easy to digest. Teff is a source of calcium and can support immune function. Teff can help moderate the release of insulin because of its high fiber content. This ivory teff grain was grown on a non-irrigated land, on our climate-smart, no-till, regenerative farm near Robinson Kansas. It was processed and packaged on our farm by us. It all comes from a single field and variety which allows us to deliver a distinct and superior product. Ivory teff is a off-white colored teff grain. Our combines, cleaning, processing and packaging equipment only process non-gluten grains.
