We’re now offering our ranch-raised beef direct to you, our friends and family! Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished, all on our ranch in Northwest Kansas. We’re proud of the quality of beef we raise and take our jobs seriously as caretakers of our livestock and land.
Our beef is processed locally and is dry aged for 21-28 days for the highest quality in tenderness and flavor. Individual retail cuts are available at our ranch. We also offer shares in quarters, halves and whole beef.
