Pure, Simple, Quality Meats describe our family farms. We raise our livestock on clover, fescue, lespedeza & native grasses on our 5th generation farm in Southeast Kansas. We have been direct marketing to consumers since 2008 via our website, www.schenkerfarms.com. You will find our Grass-Fed Beef, Pork Raised Outdoors, Lamb, Chicken, Eggs & more available. In addition, we work with other small producers in our area to feature their products. All of our livestock are raised to organic & animal welfare standards. Our meats are vacuum sealed, USDA inspected and processed with no added msg and no added nitrites/nitrates. No minimum order.
We recently added a Licensed Kitchen to our Farm Store. This allows us to create & offer amazing Heat & Eat Meals, Soups, Bone Broths, Breads & more. All available for delivery & shipping. Pro Tip: Don't forget the Peppernuts & French Cookies--a Southeast Kansas tradition.
We offer Home/Office Delivery in areas in the Kansas City Metro, Topeka, Leavenworth & Eastern Kansas areas along with the Wichita area weekly. We also offer shipping throughout the U.S. & to most APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses worldwide. as we are Veteran-Owned.
