Description
We sell home raised, grain finished cattle to be processed for beef throughout the year. We will sell them in quarters, halves and whole beef carcasses directly from and through the locker plant we designate. Customers pay us for the animal and the locker plant for processing on how they choose to cut up the meat. We most often use Santa Fe Trail Meats in Overbrook, Kansas and Olpe Meat Locker in Olpe, Kansas for processing.
