Description
We sell chicken eggs for both eating or hatching. The hatching eggs are offered in the basic brown at a cheaper price or the colorful carton which includes marans, olive eggers, easter eggers, pink cross projects, and more. We have people pick the colors of the eggs they want to include in the hatching dozen they pay for. Our chickens free range in an orchard of trees and are protected by two livestock guardian dogs.
We also have fresh duck eggs available for eating, we can provide them washed or unwashed. Duck eggs can be substituted when there is an allergy to chicken eggs or used for baking. Duck eggs are larger, higher in protein and lower in water which make your baked goods lighter and fluffier.
