Description
We are a small cattle operation in North Central Kansas of Republic County. We raise Simmental and Hereford cattle. Both my husband, Eddie Sandberg and I, Mandi Sandberg, grew up showing cattle and now we have begun the show string again. Our oldest son started 4-H in 2023. We have a few fat steers/cattle that are taken to a locker plant for processing. We want to share our home-raised beef by offering others the option to purchase by Whole/Halves/Quarters/Thirds and giving them the chance to customize their processing type to the locker plant.
We will be taking a fat steer (4-H project) in August and October. If you are looking to fill your freezer with some home-raised, grain-fed beef, please shoot me a message and we would be happy to help.
