Description
Pasture Raised Products is located on the outskirts of Tescott, KS. Our family lives in Bavaria, KS but we travel daily to the farm to tend the animals.
We currently are raising pasture raised chickens. Approximately 40 chickens, most being pullets.
Eggs can be purchased by the dozen ($5) or 18 count ($7).
Egg deliveries go out every few days. Most deliveries happen in Salina. There is a $1 delivery fee per order.
These eggs sell pretty fast so contacting me for pre-order of your eggs ensures you'll get some of the freshest eggs (and that you'll get them when you need them)!
On February 16, 2024, we added two baby calves to our farm. One Jersey and one Jersey/Holstein mix. The intent is to breed them next year and then they will be our milk cows. We will plan on selling raw milk at some point down the road.
Out at the farm, we currently have 7 head of red Angus cattle. Two of our heifers gave birth in March of 2024, each welcoming a bull calf to the herd.
The red angus cattle are going to be meat cows for our family. We also raise cows to be butchered for others as well.
We practice management intensive grazing with our farm animals, so the fencing gets moved every few days/weeks.
