Description
Beef, we have Angus/Gelbvieh beef that is born and raised on our farm. Raised on grass/hay then finished with a finisher mix for 130 days to give the meat a great marbling. Our butcher beef is given no growth hormones or vaccines. Great beef raised the right way. We sell hamburger by the 1 lb pkg when available or sell 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef. We have beef processed at SantaFe Trail Meats in Overbrook or Allen Meat Locker in Allen, KS. Both lockers are state inspected and do a great job processing and packaging meat. Our beef price is based on hanging weight. I currently have 5 going to locker on 12/27/23 and 2 more that will go anytime I get a spot after that date.
